The breakfast was fresh and filling, felt like a typical German breakfast. The view from the room was pleasant, we could see the city skyline and lots of nature. Plenty of parking spaces increased our convenience, especially as we were on a road trip.

The hotel seemed a little old and not well-maintained. The gym equipment looked rusty and worn out.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room we had was spacious, clean, and modern. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the fact that there was a sofa in the room as well. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the electric kettle that allowed us to make our own coffee and tea. We also appreciated the free parking and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel's location next to some great restaurants that stay open 24 hours made it easy for us to find something to eat at any time.

The check-in process needs improvement, with some guests being asked to return multiple times due to messy rooms from previous guests and late check-in times.

The room at Exo Square was even better than I expected, with a spacious layout and comfortable beds. I loved having a balcony and a separate TV corner. The pictures really didn't do it justice. Despite a couple of minor issues, our stay was enjoyable overall.

The bathroom was small but had a bathtub and a great shower. The breakfast was a typical German breakfast, fresh and satisfying. The hotel offered plenty of free parking spaces and the staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location was convenient, just a short drive from Heidelberg.
